First time using Giftbit. Purchased a Giftbit for recipient in Thailand for small Baht value ($16USD

First time using Giftbit. Purchased a Giftbit for recipient in Thailand for small Baht value ($16USD = ~500 Baht) to make sure it worked with ease before placing larger future Giftbit orders. Recipient in Thailand received Giftbit and redeemed it for use at Starbucks but the QR code DID NOT WORK and would not scan at Starbucks. Giftbit said nothing could be done, no refund would be issued.

Excellent Customer Service

There were some issues in the beginning using the gift card, but... Andrew in customer service helped re solve those. He even followed up with me a couple of days later to see if everything was working correctly. That's top notch customer service! Definitely recommend, as a consumer, their gift card to corporate clients.
