Do not order from this company. These shoes are one size smaller than u.s. size. I was also sent the wrong item and still was expected to pay to ship them back. I emailed back and forth for almost two weeks. Each email took a day or so for them to respond. They kept offering me different discounts off my next order. This does nothing for me because these shoes do not fit and I was sent the wrong item. Frustrated I accepted their 20% refund and I do not have to return the shoes. Now I will have to find someone with small feet to give them to or try to sell them. I wish I would have checked the reviews before ordering from this company.
I just received the sandals I ordered. On the picture it is real leather, and nicely done. The pair I got is plastic and I won’t even give them away. They ended up in the garbage can. Unfortunately, I did not check Trustpilot before I ordered them. I hope others will do.
I ordered shoes from gifthershoes and I got trash shoes from Beijing, China. I paid a lot of money for them, there’s no way to return them so they basically just rip you off. No way to contact them, they’re e-mail address gets you no where, so I guess I lost my $35. It’s a scam I don’t know why they’re allowed to stay in business, they should be arrested, they’re thieves. We should all get a class action suit and sue them for all of our lost money, don’t know how they are getting away with this. They deserve minus 5 stars-or no stars they suck do yourself a favor do NOT do business with this company!!!
I would give ZERO stars if an option, this is false advertising, the shoes online were a photo of the brand Blowfish which are super comfy, the ones I got were a bad knockoff , wrong color, large cheap hardware , strong chemical smell , not true size . Customer no service is bad . Cindy tried discourage me from sending them back to China. I am currently taking the matter up with my credit card. I too found the ad on Pinterest but I know of no way to post something on the site . Please if you are reading this steer clear of purchasing
Satisfied with the bag.I ordered this bag in the color gray.It is big enough to take all necessary things during a day trip during our summer holliday.It has a shoulder strap en hand straps, so you can choose how you want to carry it. The hand straps you will have to install yourself. They were taken off for easy shipping. Getting them back on is really easy.Quick delivery.
This company does not deserve even 1 star. They post fotos of quality, real leather shoes and send you plastic copies. They charge much more than these fakes are worth. Buyer Beware!!! Their return policy is to email them for the address. Then send the shoes to that address and wait for them to decide if they will grant you a refund.
One star is giving them too much credit. Shoes and clothing I purchased as present where cheaply made. Cheap materials used and horrible labor. Tried to return and after weeks of back and forth they refused to give return address. I lost all the money. Do NOT buy anything from these people, they're out to steal your money.
Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, really poor quality, so cheaply made. Had to email to ask for return address, after over a week of chasing eventually got it. Returned shoes via track and trace, which shows they have received them. They are now not responding to my emails and I have not got my refund. Do not buy from here!
