I offered a trainer card to my girlfriend with a picture of us that changes into a cartoon. She totally loved it. It's a very original and cool gift. The service is also very professionnal. They wrote me numerous times to make sure I received the items. Very appreciated.
Customer service was great initially but it seems like a case of overpromise and underdeliver because product status was not accurately updated and delivery timeline was delayed.It was not worth the cost given the overall product and shipping fee was crazy expensive. Product also came in a flimsy box and was VERY underwhelming.
I ordered and received a wine advent calendar. Your company tried to get me to pay additional shipping, I did receive the the calendar, but no wine. What kind of business are you? What good is a piece of wood with holes in it. I've been made a fool of and would not recommend you to anyone. You are pathetic
