Customer service is excellent and GiftPay really go out of the way to assist. This product is very easy to use & covers multiple ways to send gifts to staff. This makes for huge time saving when dealing with a large workforce. The large number of retailers associated with the program means that recipients have a huge amount of choice of where to spend their gift. Happy staff, happy company = win-win

Accounts are easy to set up, service and support is responsive and helpful, and the platform itself is excellent for both the business and recipient. Much better security for the business, no more physical stock lying around, cards can be purchased and distributed straight away, and there are plenty of options for loading a balance. Recipients love that they get to choose where to spend their voucher rather than this being done for them and have 3 years to do so. Highly recommended all round.
