Working with the representative to set up our business account and customize our gift cards was a delight. The process was quick, efficient, and easy to navigate. I appreciate the option to upload multiple recipients with varying amounts, unlike other sites.
We engaged the services of GiftPay in 2022 and have successfully delivered three gift programs, the most recent being a Christmas gift for our staff. Sabrina is an amazing Account Manager and is extremely quick in her responses. Her knowledge and support are second to none! The GiftPay platform is reasonably easy to navigate, with a huge variety of retailers available to choose from. I would have to agree with an earlier review that the only downfall of all giftcard systems is the value lost when cards are not utilised. I would still recommend GiftPay as a preferred supplier of digital gift giving.
First of all I would like to thank Sabrina Kuo for the amazing support she has provided our Company over the last month. This is the first gift program our company has delivered in 2023 and the entire process was intuitive, simple and went without any hiccups. Very impressed with the GiftPay team. Highly recommend.
Our relationship with GiftPay started early in 2020 when due to the pandemic we had to urgently pivot from a physical gift card offering to digital. GiftPay was instrumental in ensuring we were able to continue to reward our respondents without delay.The customer service we have received from that date on by Lucas has been outstanding. He always responds extremely quickly to any queries we may have.Their retailer choice is larger than we were able to previously provide with our physical gift card offering & the New Zealand retail options continue to grow each year. Being digital negates holding stock of expiring cards or the cost and security issues that come with couriering physical cards and has greatly reduced our administration effort in rewarding our respondents.
The customer service from day 0 (when we were in talks of a demo and search of a program) has been amazing. The response is so quick to any queries we have. The initial set up is very quick and the team are happy to help format our designs into the card we want. The system is very intuitive to use and has been a great improvement from keeping excel sheets and trackers. Definitely recommend. Have been using for over 3 years.
We've been using GiftPay for a couple of years now and customer service has been faultless throughout. Lukas and the team are excellent to work with - very attentive and fast to accomodate our requests. They are always incredibly helpful. The GiftPay platform is very easy to navigate, with a huge variety of options for our staff to choose from for their rewards. The only downfall of all giftcard systems is the value lost when cards are not utilised, however GiftPay provides extensive reporting to help the purchaser keep a track of cards not clicked or used. Over-all GiftPay is a great company to work with.
We have been using GiftPay for years, all the employees, and third party Giftcards get processed through the platform. There are no additional fees, just straight forward transactions, and we can get bonuses when spending over a certain amount. The customer interface is very intuitive, easy to use, and easy to manage. We also get great support from our account manager, any questions or issues are rapidly resolved.
