Absolutely HORRIFIC. I was given a $50 FLEXI gift card for a panel I completed. Every selection I made gave me an error when I tried to activate it. On top of that, your FAQ is blank and I cannot find a single REAL person who has actually had success with using them. You all seem to be running a great scam. Someone better answer my email and allow me to use my card. You guys are horrible.Update: Giftpay resolved my issue in a timely and efficient manner. I updated my review to reflect that. Thank you again.
I had received a $250 gift voucher for completing a 2hour focus group. However, upon attempting to use the voucher it appears as though 3 retailers have been selected and the vouchers have already been used at said retailers.The response from the support team was simply to imply that our account must have been compromised.
With our reward and recognition program, we were asking staff what voucher they wanted, arranged it and then mailed or emailed it. It was impersonal and no surprise. With GiftPay, we have our own branded gift cards that are sent immediately with our logo and a personalised message. Our staff love them. It is easy and time efficient. Great product, wonderful team and great service. Highly recommended
I have been using GiftPay for years for our employee rewards and recognition programs. I've found them to be great business, with a wide range of retailers available to redeem at. The team are always super helpful whenever I have questions and I always recommend them when people ask about the best place to get vouchers from - even our HO are now utilising them (10,000+ employees).
Terrible experience. A few of my gift cards could not go through during checkout, showing errors, however payments were still deducted from the balance. Contacted Giftpay. After numerous emails back and forth with the same information being repeated as well very delayed responses over almost 2 months, they refused to offer a solution and told me to contact the retailer I tried to use the gift card in the first place. As it's not their problem. Stay away.

these crooks allowed me to purchase 36 WISH egift cards then stole them from me claiming they were out of stock after i already purchased them!Keep away from these shifty thieves! They should be locked up!SUCH A LAME BS REPLY!I had them in my posessio n, the transaction went through! So to say they were out of stock is complete rubbish! LYING THIEVES! And dealing with Lucas Wan was a non gay experience!
