Review Time
I received a used tire. Installation garage refused to install because it was used (at least 10,000 miles) Started a return, web site said it couldn’t find order. Multiple emails and phone calls never responded to. Fortunate Discover reversed the charges. I wish I had checked there reviews before orders. Many had similar problems
My experience was wonderful, I ordered two tires for my 2023 camaro and within 3 days they were delivered to the shop of my choice with all services pre-paid. I walked in and out of the shop with two brand new tires installed within an hour. Great company!!! will definitely buy from them again. Ohh yeah, I paid way less than what the dealership would charge.
They mentioned that one of the tire sensors was not working when it was fine before we brought it in. They installed it "no charge" after I complained to them that there was no issue with it. They mentioned to drive it for 30 miles to get the tires settled and the for the sensors to detect the tire pressure. After leaving I noticed the tire pressure was way below the indicated PSI on the door jam and as of today 11 days later 2 of the tires don't read the PSI and the other 2 tires are reading the opposite side pressure. Not sure what this dealer did but would not recommend going to a destination Giga Tires recommend. Better to go to your trusted tire location.
Shipping old tires is pretty unacceptable. These are trailer tires which pretty much always age out instead of wear out, so I basically lost a couple years of life due to your old inventory. If you sold non perishable items, I wouldn't care, but you don't.
I didn’t like the fact that I got charged delivery separately for each tire
There was 1 trip and it’s still double for delivery
So does it mean next time if I get 4 tires I pay 4 times the delivery ? For 1 trip ? I can understand 4 tires is not 1 tire but either it’s 4 trips. I feel a little scammed
I’ve ordered tires from Giga in the past and had them delivered to me directly. This time, I chose to use one of their preferred tire shops to have them delivered & installed. Needless to say, I will not be doing that again.
I chose to purchase with Giga because the price on the tires was better than everyone else. Most of those savings were negated after the shipping and handling fees. What would have been nearly $300 in savings dwindled to only $40.
The tires are performing well, but the installation process left much to be desired. The installers appeared to lack knowledge when I got there and took over 2 hours to put on 4 tires, despite having an appointment. I had a much better experience at a different service provider.
This is possibly the fifth set of tires I've bought from the service, and I've suggested them to everyone I know. I've never encountered any issues. Their shipping is incredibly fast, the prices are unbeatable, and all the necessary information is easily accessible on the platform.
