I placed an order for a Deluxe Edition on 10 December. I promptly received an order confirmation, and my payment was processed immediately. However, since then, I have received no further communication. I was aware of the potential delays with international shipping and wasn't anticipating delivery before Christmas. What I did expect was some basic updates: confirmation that my order was being processed or, at the very least, a tracking number. It has now been 12 days with absolutely no information. I have sent several follow-up emails but have not received any replies. There has been no explanation, reassurance, or even confirmation that my order exists beyond the initial automated message. After reading other reviews, I noticed at least one customer with a similar situation was told by the service, “we are not a scam and are processing your order.” This is hardly comforting when customers are left without any communication for weeks. At this point, I’m questioning:
Is this a scam, or is it simply one of the least organized online game retailers? Regardless, the result for the customer is the same — payment taken with no service rendered. Caution is advised. Until the service can prove they can handle basic order processing and customer communication, I would recommend others to think carefully before making a purchase.

I ordered a board game on December 5. I received an email stating it was 'partially shipped' on December 8. How can a board game be 'partially shipped'? I've had no further communication. I've emailed about the order but received no response. I've called customer service multiple times, but it's always gone to voicemail. I left messages but got no callbacks. I advise against purchasing from them!
Caution advised. I doubt this is a legitimate business. I ordered a game, but nothing has shipped. Initially, I received responses about shipping, but I never got a tracking number, and my order number doesn't show up on the website. They have also stopped replying.
