Caution: Before placing an order or returning items from this brand, be aware of my experience. I returned an item to the company on December 17th and have been continuously emailing them regarding the return through the payment service I used. Unfortunately, they haven't responded. Recently, the payment service refunded me for the returned item because this company failed to acknowledge the return. This situation has been extremely unprofessional, disappointing, and frustrating. I feel like I've lost my hard-earned money. If they don't respond and issue my refund soon, I will consider taking legal action. Potential customers, please be cautious.
I am very dissatisfied with my order. I bought a set through the platform for €80, but when it arrived, I only received the vest, not the pants. I reached out to the support team via email, but I haven't heard back yet. This reflects a significant lack of professionalism. Customers deserve a response or, at the very least, a phone number for customer support.
