Unprofessional company.** Also liars- this company has not offered to replace any items for me, i offered to send the damaged items back and i have been ignored, this has been going on for almost 2 weeks now, you reply quickly enough on public platforms though trying to keep your reputation. To be honest the only positive reviews i have seen on this company are on tiktok sponsored partnerships. I have since raised an issue with my bank to try and get this resolved due to absolutely no assistance from this “company” Wrote a previous review about 6 items out of the 20 i ordered coming either damanged (holes, excessive bobbling) or not authentic Y2K items (recieved modern label dickies and modern label nike) on their website it states that “all items will be grade A and authentic Y2K” two items came with zero label, not even a size label to identify where they can be from- how can this be verified as authentic y2k?Got a reply on my trust pilot review basically saying my expectations are too high as they are not a retail shop but they would refund/replace the damaged items. I have since emailed them a few times and still no resolution. I have requested to return the whole order, or to have the damaged/not authentic Y2K products replaced. The company have responded in an unprofessional way, very defensive, dismissive, and rude. Cannot accept that the order i recieved does not match their description on the website. Their “quality guarantee” as stated on their own website clearly means nothing. So as of now i am left with 6 items not as described, and my only option is to contact my bank as i have paid almost 200 pounds foor unwearable items. If anyone is thinking of ordering i would do so cautiously. If your unhappy with your order they will not accept responsibility, they do mention they accept returns on their website but when it comes down to it they ignore you.
