Excellent value for money very high end products for everyday people customer service second to none I adore the give me cosmetics range and have purchased from there from the beginning never used any other products on my hair I even stock pile just in case. The customer service at this company is exceptional. My order arrived with packaging damaged and an item missing. I emailed and after providing the information required, a replacement was on the way within a few hours. Such a good experience and fantastic products.
Yes delivery services were taking ages but the products are good. I guess with mother’s day and all the orders they got overwhelmed. But I did email the customer service and they responded within an hour. This shows me they genuinely do respond back. I ordered various of hair care bundle, exfoliating scrub & body spray with Body cream. I have just placed another order and I can’t wait for my order. I honestly don’t do review this is not paid review LOL I am customer and I like the product! I will be definitely ordering more. Thanks T Jones
Excellent choice of products and at some great prices, especially when with a discount. Have tried various shampoos for my daughter and her dry scalp. The set we purchased has been fantastic and helped so much. Will certainly be buying again and would recommend them. It was our hairdresser that recommended we try them and very greatful for the tip.
Ordered a mothers day box which had an item missing also my face toner in the box was a little worse for wear, contacted customer service and Jamie was absolutely outstanding, was kind and compationate also showed a great deal of empathy and couldn't apologise enough and sorted the problem immediately what a fantastic member of the give me team absolutely outstanding products..
