Review Time
Placed an order and opted for standard delivery 3-5 working days, received an email telling me delivery would be 5-10 working days…leaving for a trip in 6 days so emailed them after a few emails & no attempt to provide a faster service (despite the website CLEARLY stating standard delivery is 3-5 working days) I cancelled my order.Placed a new order this time opting for 24 hours tracking confirmed by email my order would be dispatched the following day (Thursday) for delivery on Friday….no tracking details received & order is still showing as not despatched!!!!!! This is my first order & will be my last!Package arrive today….item is missing from it! 22/03/2025
I purchased the skincare bundle along with the vitamin c cleanser. I wanted something that would be good for my skin without being overpriced. I have sensitive so was a bit weary about purchasing this but was assured it's suitable for all skin types. I've only been using it for a few days & my skin had dried out in places. I will continue use to see if it improves but I'm not very hopeful. I do hope I'm wrong & it improves
