I am using this plugin from last 2 years and It is a great way to setup your donation campaigns for my organisation. We encountered numerous issues while preparing the software for use. There are several, in our view, unusual design choices, and many core elements are implemented in a way that makes customisation nearly impossible — everything is loaded through iframes with dynamically generated class names, which severely limits flexibility.Despite purchasing the most expensive tier of the product, we were unable to get it working in a satisfactory manner.We contacted customer support, but after answering just two of our questions, they stopped responding altogether.With no viable alternative, we requested a refund. We received no reply. After this silence, we opened a dispute through PayPal. During the dispute process, they still did not respond for weeks, and PayPal eventually granted the refund.However, shortly after we opened the dispute, our license key was revoked — without any notice and without processing a proactive refund — which clearly shows they were aware of the situation but chose not to communicate.
Rick persisted over several emails. Our bookkeeper is only there one day a week so it was difficult to coordinate and get all the information needed. A joint meeting made all things clear and the problem is solved the future is bright. Thanks Rick.
