Simply doesn't work. Social media agent can't execute simple commands and has such little memory it is pointless. Email marketer has put our brand at risk with absurd emails. Secretary sounds like a robot. Very poor service.
I am a 50 year old woman that is needing to learn administration duties better and this team does it for me and even explains how to do this better and it has the ability to manage my four businesses if needed. Me and my husband are so grateful for this AI tool.
So far I have only had one little issue with was more my fault than theirs, but they helped me fix it. The set up is easy. The agents are easy to work with, and I would say about 85% of the time, I don't have to redirect them unlike a lot of other systems I have used. Graphics created are relevant and I've not had to correct them for a graphic. I use 2 workspaces one for each of my companies, and there is no bleed through unlike using projects for other big name AI system.s
I am just coming out of the 7 Day Trial Period, and it has been a game-changer for me. For instance, I was always searching for time to read and respond to emails, and Eva, my new executive assistant, flags what is important and drafts responses, not just a simple "we have received your email and will get back to you shortly", but one that has historical context based on previous interactions and in my "voice".
My new staff is so effective and efficient. The fact that I have freed up so much time has improved my work-life balance.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in the last 27 years of using internet. Quite literally. Social media bot was not working at all. Whenever I reconnect profiles and spend couple of hours deleting old scheduled posts because of the potential error when reconnecting profiles-next morning the bot would either ask to reconnect profiles again or hallucinate of sending it, so I had to do it all together. More over, scripts on outreach bot were awful and they had so many errors in sending sto I stopped it because I was risking my email address reputation.
Blog writer is nothing special, that kind of quality you can even get with free Gemini, and I have paid Claude so I really didn’t have the need for that bot neither for legal doc bot. That email assistant is also something which you can get with any ai connected to your Gmail, it is even short of some basic functions. The phone assistant is decent but I didn’t use it that much.
But the worst thing is not errors in bots or obvious glitches…the worst thing was so unprofessional customer service, which I cannot say enough how much was bad. It’s like three preteens trying to play businessmen. Sometimes I had to wait 3-4 days even more. Then I got some obvious lying and postponing about bots..whoever is interested just ask me for screenshots, I can send it here. Or even better- I publicly ask Mateo from Marblism to post his genuine screenshots of our conversation, so everybody can see
Honestly I wouldn’t use this even if it is free. Moreover, wouldn’t use it even if they would pay me same amount monthly which I paid them. Again, worst customer service and software experience in almost three decades.
They've created a product that has multiplied my businesses productivity more than I thought possible. I work fulltime and have not had the time to work on what I'd like to do most: web design! The Marblism AI Marketing team runs all my ads/socials, writing, outreach, and manages my phone and inbox. Apparently now I have the time, and I'm incredibly grateful!
This has been a great tool for helping me run multiple start ups at the same time. There is always room for improvement but I am guessing they will keep up the pace! It has been a unreal time saver!
