If I could do less than one star I would. Having sent me a faulty phone and no £20 "for your inconvenience" as promised by Tony, now they're dragging their feet over a refund. Kira send patronising messages about checks when in fact they never botherered checking what they were sending in the first place. Just another way of managing cashflow - take your money then take forever to ship, then ship a faulty item then find excuses not to refund. This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had, and am still having.
Am adding to this review following the reply. Note that patronising statement thanking me for patience, I have lost patience with these people quite some time ago. And why don’t you QA what you send out before sending it out, rather than after you get it back. What sort of customer experience are you trying to build. As for contacting the email, good luck, they just those you most of the time.

The worst website to purchase a mobile phone from. It’s a nightmare experience I am facing , no one seems to answer my phone on the call centre number. And the sales team takes their own sweet time with responding to the emails.I have tried to reach them multiple times through multiple channels and there is no response. Do not ever buy from this website.


Read your reply and i think it’s clearly a joke. Let me explain the whole situation . I order my phone on the 19th of Feb and i get a email to verify my identity on the 20th and i have no confirmation of verification unless I kept chasing you guys through calls and emails. No confirmation on when it’s getting dispatched . I kept emailing you everyday asking for an update. 8 days and no confirmation and vague responses not sure what exactly takes so long to get a phone delivered if your operating from UK and the delivery is in the UK. Can’t reach you on your number and when i decide to cancel my order and left a review you call me. The response from your team is a JOKE

Oh icing on the cake , after I left his review , TONY (pretty sure using the name cuz this name has been mentioned in reviews couples of time and trying to use emotional angle) calls me and says they ll dispatch the phone today and I will have it by tomo. So your telling me that me begging you for an update on emails and trying to reach you on phone did not work but a review did. You win a customer by TRUST that’s a basic rule of business and you guys fail miserably at it.

I purchased the phone on 4 February and it was supposed to be delivered by 6 February.
I waited an entire week with no notification or update, and received no response to the support emails I sent.
When I finally called, I was told there had been an issue with the order and that the phone would be sent the next day. However, it wasn’t dispatched until several days later.
After receiving the phone, THE BATTERY CAPACITY WAS ONLY 58%!
I requested a return, and I am still waiting for my refund. The return process has been extremely slow.
As a friendly advice, take your money somewhere else.

I completed the online forms for the sale of my iPhone 15 Pro max and iPhone 14 Plus, both phones were in excellent condition having been protected from new with good quality phone cases and screen covers, Initial online quote provided was £475 for the 15 Pro max and £272 for the 14 Plus.

Smart Cellular contacted me via email once their inspection of the devices was complete. Contrary to my expectations, they offered a significantly reduced amounts—£95 for the iPhone 14 Plus and £350 for the iPhone 15 Pro Max. These revised offers were apparently justified by referencing market conditions and alleged scratches found under ultraviolet light, which I found unconvincing and somewhat questionable.
Subsequently, Smart Cellular re-evaluated the iPhone 14 Plus, increasing the offer to £130 in an apparent attempt to prevent a postal return of the device. Despite this, I was required to pay the postage and insurance fees myself to ensure the safe return of my devices. Even after this, they persisted in contacting me with a series of new offers. Ultimately, after a prolonged negotiation that lasted three weeks, I agreed to a final price that was much lower than my initial expectations.

Update: on the day the phone was supposed to be delivered, I got an email saying the phone has been processed and is on its way the next day. I also got an email from their customer service. So i am happy now, they just need to improve on being accurate with their timescales

I ordered 2 handsets before Christmas. One was fine the other was not ‘pristine’ as described. The handset was returned and they confirmed it was with the inspection team on the 6th January.

I have had no update despite numerous messages asking for one. Each time I’m told my case has been escalated and that I will receive an update soon but nothing happens.

The company is still selling the same handset but still haven’t sent my replacement. Original order was confirmed on the 19th December!?! Today is 17th February!!!!

I contacted Citizens Advice and they advised setting a 5 working day deadline which I did. Day 5 is today and still no update.

The customer service is shocking and I will never use this company again strongly advise others to do the same!!

Bought two iPhone 15s; one perfect, the other had minor issues.

I bought two iPhone 15s. One arrived in excellent condition, while the other had scratches on the side, which was disappointing since they were holiday gifts (I paid for mint condition). I reached out to the support team, who were fantastic and promptly exchanged the phone for one that looks brand new. Outstanding service.

Promised the best price but failed to deliver

They initially offered the highest price for my phone, which is in great condition, but I downgraded it due to an 80% battery. After weeks of following up, I requested either my payment or the return of my phone. They inquired about a lower price, but I insisted on the original offer. After more emails, I reiterated my stance. Now, they claim the phone is locked, which it isn't, and asked for my address for the return. Why don't they already have my address with the phone? This feels like a scam, as they lure customers in with high offers but refuse to make payments. I will wait to see if they can return the phone or if it has simply vanished.
