I ordered 16 items in September and haven't had an update since mid-October when my package reached New Jersey. Now it's been 46 days in transit. I've contacted customer service, but they just redirect me to insurance claims for a refund. I don't want a refund; I want to know the status of my order. Is it too much to ask to speak with someone for real updates?
I really love these variety of color contacts. I used the old 1-800-you know who, before trying these. These are exactly what I wanted and for cheaper price. I was able to get my prescription type without having to provide the Dr's note. Or getting a test for $$$. Try these contacts for a better price and quality. Very happy customer!
