The color is great with most of the contacts, however they are different sizes in diameter and most are rather large. Shipping times are horrible. Express shipping is a waste of money and no they don't refund the express shipping fee. Customer service is the worst. On average it was taking a week to respond just for them to not actually answer your question. They just keep saying be patient..

Very misleading company

Very misleading company. So it has the option to ship out within 24 hours for an additional $20, yeah DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I spent the extra money and thought I’d get it faster and that was a joke because it’s almost been 3 weeks and my package ain’t even getting any closer. Looking out for the next person thinking about buying that scam offer.

Dishonest & uncooperative

Very long shipping time. Horrible customer service. My lenses were ordered as "reader" magnification and when they arrived I could not see out of them at all. After several weeks of going back and forth with them, they refused to refund or replace them. Additionally, I've since tried to log onto their website and I get a warning about a non-secure site, and flagged as Malware.

I ordered it on 10/20/25. And paid extra $20 for expedite fast delivery. However I didn't get it until nov 3rd. It said it will be at my house within 4 days if I paid for expedite. I emailed them, and their reply was "it said delivered "
