had an issue with my original organic formula order where the wrong stage was sent, and while the situation was stressful at first (especially as a parent), their customer service truly impressed me. They took responsibility right away and immediately sent out a replacement without any hassle.Unfortunately the replacement got delayed in customs, which was completely out of their control — but throughout the entire process they stayed responsive, helpful, and supportive.
