Please use US-based callers! The experience for the person giving the reference will be so much better! I would be really disappointed as an applicant to know that a potential employer cares so little about the outcome of an employment check because they used this off-shored call center with callers that you cannot hardly communicate with.
Extremely poor service. It has been months for a straightforward pre-employment background check. There is no clear explanation or communication regarding the delay, and I have been sending requests daily for two weeks without receiving any response.
I've been waiting for my background check to clear for more than a month and a half, and it's preventing me from working. Such a long delay is unreasonable; if they can't handle it, they should refer it to a company that can complete the process efficiently. This situation is impacting my livelihood, and it's simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise other companies to avoid this service; if I could give it less than one star, I would.
I find this situation very unacceptable and absurd. I've been waiting for my background check since November 25th, 2025. Each time I check for updates, I receive a new date that is always 7-8 days later. Now, on December 12th, the date has shifted to December 16th. In contrast, I have applied to other companies where my background checks were completed within 48 hours. I seriously doubt I would consider working for any organization that relies on this service for background checks, as it has proven to be neither reliable nor timely.
Extremely frustrating experience. I lost a job opportunity due to this company. They act as if conducting a criminal background check and knowing all the specifics is routine for you, expecting you to answer numerous questions about the employer account, forms, etc. The background check took significantly longer than usual. I reached out to the support team daily throughout the process, and each time I was informed that nothing was needed from me, and they were still working on it. Eventually, they claimed they required an additional form, which is always necessary for this process, but no one had asked for it earlier. It became chaotic to provide them with the document as they were unsure how to handle it, and each time I had to speak to a different representative, leading to repeated verification and having to answer the same questions repeatedly.
My experience with the service has been extremely frustrating. It has been over three months since they started processing my background check. When I first disputed the findings, they failed to review the information properly. Now, I find myself waiting once again to have inaccuracies removed from my record, which shouldn't even be accessible to them. Additionally, their representatives informed me that I couldn't speak to a supervisor. The customer support has been appalling, and I believe the company needs to consider working with a different provider!
This service has likely cost me a significant opportunity I've been pursuing for some time. They depend on others to provide information rather than taking responsibility themselves. If they don't receive a response to an inquiry, they leave the report in limbo, assuming there's nothing more they can do but wait. They don't inform you of what they need, leaving your future in their inadequate hands. They simply assure you that they will expedite the process while pushing back the expected completion time. I've received the same disappointing excuse three times now. It's hard to believe this is utilized by so many organizations. It's quite absurd! Clearly, we are the punchline.
I had the worst experience with customer service; they provided me with an incorrect login and then blamed me for not responding. Good luck dealing with this organization, as they seem to acquire competitors and maintain poor service.
This platform is frustrating with countless bugs. The customer service, when reachable, is not only unhelpful but also quite rude. I nearly lost a job opportunity because they claimed they couldn't verify my education. They told my employer they had tried to contact the school multiple times without success. However, when I followed up, the school responded right away and revealed they had sent the documents twice. If I hadn't obtained the document IDs from the school and informed my employer (after a representative from the service was clueless about the IDs, refused to connect me with a supervisor, and wasted my time), I would have missed out on this job. Overall, this has been one of the worst experiences I've encountered with any service, and I have never faced such difficulty in getting a background check processed.
