I have had a great experience with GLG. The consults have been really interesting, fun, and professional. The screeners are short and concise. The staff is professional and helpful. Payments are always consistent with the discussed amount and are paid promptly and consistently.
Professional teams, strong communication! However, the team doesn’t tell me until I accept the call that the client wants a discount or prorated fee. I’ve added to my profile that I do not prorate and require an hour minimum, noMatter the length of the call.
GLG is a great company to work with. The experience is pretty great and the surveys come often and GLG does an excellent job of only sending surveys that I actually qualify for as opposed to other compaies that send out everything and hope that something sticks. I think that's great for both the company looking for data (they get real and useful data) and the person getting the surveys (we don't waste time filling out surveys that we eventually don't qualify for). All in all, GLG is great to work with.
