Losing $4,100 isn't a huge deal for me, but the principle of this situation is frustrating. I urge you not to send them any money!

Eventually, he told me the car wasn't in good condition and offered to process my refund. I agreed, but then received a check for $7,550, which he claimed was due to contract termination. The next day, the check bounced, and I still haven't received my money. I've sent multiple messages and calls with no response. This money was contributed by my siblings and me for our mother’s birthday. It’s heartbreaking.
This service is a total SCAM. I will detail my experience: On April 16, 2024, I made a $1,000 deposit to bid on a vehicle. Shortly after, I was told that if I provided more cash, they could negotiate my offer. I wired them $3,000, but after various excuses about lien issues and vehicle condition, I requested a refund. After numerous calls and texts, they sent me a check for $1,800 instead of the full amount. The check came with a contract stating an early termination fee. My calls now go straight to voicemail. This company knows they owe me a full refund but uses lengthy contracts to justify their actions. I hope you don't fall for the same scam I did.
