Repeat harassing calls and attempts to mask their number when I fail to answer their calls. This has been going on for weeks now! After reading up on their "business model" I'm not falling for this anyway.

I wish you could give zero stars for this company. I signed a contract with their high pressure "Deeded RCI Director" and this company has zero affiliations with any timeshare company. They charged me $5k for advertising my timeshare for 12 rentals. The contract was signed 12/09 and it's now 07/15 and I have received two offers. The company gives you the runaround and didn't reach out for over four months to give me updates or ask any additional questions to help me advertise my timeshare. DO NOT USE!

DO NOT GET THIS MEMBERSHIP !!! THIS IS A SCAM. I SIGNED UP LAST YEAR OCOTOBER and they took my money for the membership and that's the last time they actually did anything. It's been 9months and not one person rented my units. I've been requesting updates on the rental units and they have nothing moving, no offers, no progress. SAVE YOURSELF!!!! DONT FALL VIXTIM TO THIS SCAM !!!!

Scam do not get involved with them. Seemed legit but after I paid I was ghosted. Been 8 months and nothing.... all these phone calls they have listed below are when I called them bcause they didn't call me like they were supposed to do. And now they're saying something is restricted. Shouldn't that have been taken care of in the beginning. A great cop out.....

Beware of these guys

This business seems really shady, we had originally signed up to have them manage our time share for rentals. We felt pressured and we're asked to pay $2395 on a credit card because it was protected. Once we changed our minds and I spoke to someone from customer service about cancelation and a refund. I was put through to the original customer rep Richard Zachary. He proceeded to pressure me more after I said I was uncomfortable. I was told by him has had no complaints against his license, I couldn't do it without him etc. He finally "transferred" me to the cancelation department where I was pressured some more... long story short they canceled our "membership" begrudgingly.
