I've been trying to contact them for over a week, and both Manager Ethan and Manager William refuse to chat with me. They're avoiding compensating me for the problem they caused me, and they're still refusing to do so.

I am contacting you regarding my consolidation from February 5th. Your live chat agent informed me that my shipping fee is over $1500 and requested payment via bank transfer.
This quote is demonstrably false and fraudulent. Based on the weight and dimensions of my packages (including item 3347581775), the shipping cost should not exceed $300.
I demand:
An immediate correction of the shipping fee to the actual market rate.
The activation of the credit card payment method, as the real value is well below the $1500 threshold.
If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and initiate a legal dispute through my bank for "Service Not Provided" and attempted overcharging.

They are always very helpful and extremely quick to answer questions; I don't think I've ever seen support so fast in responding to questions. Thank you very much for your services. One suggestion for improvement: the images taken after consolidating the packages are sometimes not so good, but it's nothing that bothers me too much. The Gs are great.
My shipment arrived after a one-week delay, but there are missing devices. I contacted the poor customer service Liza many times, but I did not benefit from them at all. They also refuse to let me watch the video of my shipment being prepared. Who is going to solve my problem with them? No one is responding

Extremely poor handling and bad customer service, with no Arabic support and no concern for the customer’s issues. They shipped boxes in my shipment that do not belong to me, causing a delay in receiving my shipment until today, and they have not resolved my problem. They are dealing with me foolishly.
