Bad customer service useless and they’re not trained well. It was so bad, I wanna give you a zero, but it’s not possible. So, I give you a one

Choosing this service was a mistake.

I'm regretting my choice. The connection is unreliable, with frequent internet outages, and the customer service is even worse. I faced multiple issues, and getting help from the support team was nearly impossible. Visiting their store was equally unhelpful and a complete waste of time. I won't make this mistake again.
