Escalated my concern on January 22, 2026 about a load I didn’t receive through. Used Globe customer service chat. They made several tickets but they close it without resolving it. Still unresolved. Bad customer service useless and they’re not trained well. It was so bad, I wanna give you a zero, but it’s not possible. So, I give you a one
They charge you for services that did not work. Which is illegal in most countries especially in the Philippines. They have the gall to bill when they know their service doesn't work reliably. This company should already close down. What a joke.
I'm regretting my choice. The connection is unreliable, with frequent internet outages, and the customer service is even worse. I faced multiple issues, and getting help from the support team was nearly impossible. Visiting their store was equally unhelpful and a complete waste of time. I won't make this mistake again.
The frustration is real—almost daily, the network loses connection, and now it's incredibly slow. It's affecting my work significantly, and the situation is so distressing that I feel overwhelmed. I hope the leadership of this service realizes the impact of their failures.
