I purchased a full HD video doorbell, but it did not include a charging cable for the door chime. The doorbell frequently went offline, and reconnecting it was extremely challenging, requiring me to delete and reload the app. After numerous emails, I was advised to return it due to potential faults. I returned it and received a replacement, but it had the same issues: no charger cord and went offline again, with the app unable to locate it. The return costs are too high for these ongoing problems. I cannot recommend this at all.

This small speaker and two microphones deliver sound quality that exceeds my expectations! For the price and delivery speed, it's sure to be a hit on Christmas Day during karaoke with the granddaughters. I’m extremely pleased to have found this online!
I had a very disappointing customer service experience before making my purchase. The only reason I proceeded was due to my persistence with a representative who initially provided incorrect information regarding a replacement remote for my projector. Despite my attempts to seek alternatives, the representative was unhelpful and repetitive, which only added to my frustration. Eventually, I found the correct information myself on the website, but the representative did not apologize for the confusion or wasted time. This experience highlighted significant areas for improvement in customer service.
The product arrived without a power button. Although the 7-inch Portable CarPlay Android Auto seems to function fine without it, this raises concerns about the quality control process. After contacting customer support for a warranty claim, I was informed that a replacement was issued, but as of now, I still have not received it, despite several inquiries.
