I have shopped and cross referenced many portable WiFi device so I can enjoy working in the outdoors during my car camping road trips. I considered Ryoko, Solis, and GlocalMe. Surely many others that also offers 5G. But for what I’ll use it for, GlobLinker offered what I need and more. 10Gb initia, 2GB monthly and GlobLinker also offered incentives for their loyal community followers! I’ve tested locally and easy to operate and the speeds I get is sufficient for what I will need it for. I can’t wait to take this out on the road more often! This is my first venture into using a mobile hot spot. I was a bit wary of paying subscription fees, but the stacked data minutes option appealed to me. My new-ish minivan wants a certain amount of WiFi interaction and I want hassle-free access to email without burning down my cell phone data minutes.
But where Globlinker really shines is prompt, efficient customer service. I asked for and got a PDF (email attachment) of the user manual. The manual was enclosed in the package, but after cataract surgery, I couldn't comfortably read it. They also kicked in some stacking data for the inconvenience.
I let the device charge overnight and I'm looking forward to using it as I travel to dog obedience competitions in the Mid-Atlantic area of the U.S., where there is often no WiFi connectivity available. I don't plan to stream music or video games, so I expect my Globlinker to be an efficient way to keep in touch whenever I need to.
I use a lot of Hotspot and when Verizon had the outage I really wanted a reliable back up. Globlinker is really well priced both for the device and the plans! I love being able to get a lot of data that is good all year so I can use it how I need it. The customer service is outstanding!!

So far its been great! I love the fact it will switch between carriers. I have Cricket and there is places they don't have cell coverage.
I can see a tower from my office where I work and I still cant any cell service. Tower is a Verizon, I can use this hotspot and get internet! Sure is cheaper than a hotspot from a carrier.
As for pulling in a call signal it seems to do as well as my phone, I do with the T8 hot spot had an external antenna, but it can be used with most cell boosters. If you needed it.
Also customer service is great.
The support from this service is outstanding. They respond to emails almost instantly and have been incredibly accommodating with all my requests. The world would be a better place if everyone treated customers the way this service does. Additionally, the product quality is excellent!

The service has been remarkable - both the portable wifi device and the customer support have been outstanding.
