Reached out to cancel membership and was told no refunds. Then I received email from Eric saying that he would refund if I left a review. So I’m leaving a review. Hopefully there are no more shenanigans and that I receive the refund.
I can only give 1 star because there isn't an option for zero. This place is a complete joke. I thought I was purchasing ride-on toys, but instead, I discovered they signed me up for some kind of account. I ended up paying for a gift card. When I reached out to request a refund for what felt like a scam, they informed me that my money couldn't be refunded. They claimed they would cancel the subscription I wasn't even aware I had, yet they still charged me again.
I felt misled by the ads on social media. I saw a promotion for a free gift box and decided to try it out. After going through the process, I realized the payment links were not from the company I expected. I also signed up for a membership without understanding the additional charges. However, I appreciate the prompt response from customer service, who reassured me they are working to clarify the issue. It felt good to communicate with a real person. Thank you for your efforts.
