Extremely Disappointing Experience

I can only give 1 star because there isn't an option for zero. This place is a complete joke. I thought I was purchasing ride-on toys, but instead, I discovered they signed me up for some kind of account. I ended up paying for a gift card. When I reached out to request a refund for what felt like a scam, they informed me that my money couldn't be refunded. They claimed they would cancel the subscription I wasn't even aware I had, yet they still charged me again.
