With minimum fuss the warranty company…

With minimum fuss the warranty company agreed to pay nearly £2000 of the £2500 bill to repair the gearbox. I wasn't sure it was worth it when I signed up to the warranty but I am so glad I did. Thank you.

Will do everything they can to make you not claim , awfull customer service Warranty would be more useful as toilet paper

Ridiculous service.

Ridiculous service.It’s nearly 4 weeks to get my vehicle claim approved already inspected and recommended by their approved Garage.Nobody care, bad customer service, mismanaged system.Strictly Avoid this company.

Very Easy Process

I contacted the AA Warranty service and received very friendly and helpful advice on how to proceed with the repair process and the claim.Following the repair I sent a copy of the garages invoice to them via my printer/scanner and email. A few days later the money was paid into my bank account.Brilliant!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, with a call centre that doesn't really appear to care. Provided on multiple occasions with small, unheard of subcontractors that are little more than hole-in-the-wall garages which I feel unsafe leaving my car with. I regret buying this policy and will not review my general AA cover or buy any AA product from here on in.

Should really make it clear the maximum…

Should really make it clear the maximum labour charge you will pay and that you only cover the cost of generic parts. Should be in the bullet points.Otherwise efficient service

I wasn't involved with anything other…

I wasn't involved with anything other than a telephone call asking me how if I wanted the money payed into my account ora cheque.That conversationlasted about 1 minute..No problems. Thank you.
