Ordered a parcel from Lithuania on the 9/2/26, its been nearly 3 weeks and still havent received my parcel. Apparently its in Ireland since the 19th and GLS Customer Service dont know where it is, advised me to wait another 9 working days to see if they can track and resolve this issue.Avoid this service if you can.
If I could give zero star , I would . They steal your money and refuse to pay winnings . They come up with lie after lie and at the end , they NEVER process your winnings . And then when you question them , they delete your account so you no longer have access and make sure they never have to pay your winnings .
