I joined fitnessvwork in September 2024 and my life hasn’t been the same since. I’ve had the same coach from the start - Warren. Who has absolutely been amazing!!! One thing about Warren, is he genuinely cares and will stop at nothing to keep pushing me towards my goal. Since being on the programme I have lost about 14/15kg (my initial goal was 10kg). I love this programme so much, the knowledge, the accountability, the genuine engagement from the coaches and precision. I find when I listen to Warren and follow his steps to T - things change, he knows his stuff!!! I’ve tried other online coaching programmes before and honestly - this one works. 100%
