Big wins with small bets

Winspirit has a good selection of games, both pokies and table games. On numerous occasions I have had good wins with only small bets. The help staff always respond promptly and resolve any queries I've had. I look forward to my next big win!

Completely ineffective service. Marked my parcel as 'out for delivery' and then claimed it 'couldn’t be delivered.' That is simply untrue. I was home all day. No knock, no call, no doorbell. This wasn’t a delivery attempt—it was sheer negligence disguised as tracking updates. Utterly unprofessional, with no accountability, and a complete waste of time. If you want your package to actually arrive, avoid using this service.

GLS is quite a peculiar company

GLS is quite a peculiar company. My parcel arrived in the country three weeks ago, and they attempted delivery five times (I was home, and no one came). Then they told me to be patient. I’ve called them multiple times, each time taking over an hour because they are 'busy' 24/7. I emailed them about the parcel twelve times, none of which were answered. They returned the parcel to the center five times after trying to deliver it, even though I paid for express delivery. If you want to stress over a delivery, make sure you order from a website that uses this service.

GLS, what can I say, what a disappointment

GLS, what can I say, what a disappointment. I have a product inside a box worth a good amount of money, and it has been missing for nearly four weeks. GLS has done nothing but provide excuse after excuse. When it was marked 'out for delivery,' no delivery was made, just saying the box couldn't be delivered. Now, where my box was supposed to go, they refuse to take any responsibility. This box was meant for repairs, and I've already paid for them. Someone needs to take responsibility because the contents are not cheap. My only option now is legal action. I will pursue GLS for everything they owe me. We should all unite to rid ourselves of this service once and for all and hold them accountable.

Service level has dropped dramatically recently …

Up till a few months ago we had a fantastic DHL delivery driver who delivered every parcel when she was supposed to. She must have either left or been moved to a different area, but the service since then has been diabolical. I've had 20kg of raw dog food dumped at an incorrect address, nowhere near my postcode (and this was the second attempt after the first shipment was returned to the depot as 'damaged' - so 40kg of dog food wasted). I have in the last couple of weeks had several parcels from Dunelm, most of which (unfortunately) have come via DHL who have consistently failed to deliver on the days we should have had the deliveries by, often notifying us of the revised date a couple of times before actually delivering. I don't know if we are unlucky with our driver now or if DHL have changed how they work things, but I have to say my heart sinks if I see that DHL is the courier as for us now they are the worst option available unfortunately.

The community and courses are outstanding, and it genuinely feels like a family. I only wish the Zoom meetings could start a few hours earlier, as they often take place at 2-3 AM for many participants.
