GLS is a funny company , my parcel arrived in the country 3 weeks ago they attempted delivery 5 times (i was home and nobody came ) then they said to be patient , i’ve rung them multiple times which it takes over an hour each time because they are „busy „ 24/7 i emailed them about the parcel 12 times none of which were answered they had the parcel return the the centre 5 times after trying to deliver it even though i payed for express delivery . if you want to stresss over a delivery make sure you order from a website that uses gls as a carrier
Gls what can I say what scumbags they are I have a product inside the box worth a bit off money the box has nearly been gone for 4 weeks totally gls have done nothing only giving story after story after story and then when it was out for delivery no delivery was made just saying box goodant be delivered now were my box was ment to go they don't want any responsibility for it but sorry that box was ment to go for repairs I've already paid for repairs so someone gonna take responsibility because inside that box is not cheap so my only option is solicitor I will take gls for everything they have and not just that we should all get together and get rid off gls delivery once and for all get them low lives bankrupt then they try to get out off it buy saying ya we are working on it bull shit to gls don't go around them they are a one man band 😉
Absolutely useless service.Marked my parcel “out for delivery” and then *“couldn’t be delivered.” That is a flat-out lie. I was home all day. No knock. No call. No bell ring.This wasn’t a delivery attempt — it was pure laziness covered up with fake tracking updates. Completely unprofessional, zero accountability, and a total waste of time.If you want your package to actually arrive, do not use GLS.
