I left instructions to put the parcel in the letter box which is a big white box next to my door. I went to put paper in the paper bin and found a parcel in amount all the cardboard waste. Why the delivery driver didn’t put it in the massive post box is beyond me. It could easily have been missed and gone with the recycling! Proof of delivery has delivery driver holing the small parcel at the side of the outside of the blue bin.
Driver was so rude when he came to deliver parcel as he didn’t even came to door because lift wasn’t working I said to wait by the time someone come down but he was shouting and said I will only wait 2 mins I m not waiting more and I will not come up Very disappointed by driver 1st days he didn’t even followed instructions next day his behaviour was so rude.Really really poor service
my Partner sat in all day as I wanted the package signed for due to the price and importance of the item as I need it for my job. NOONE showed up with the package. I don't know if it went to the wrong house or just wasn't delivered and don't care. I need that item for my job urgently.
Two drivers failed to deliver my parcel, both claiming they had attempted delivery when someone was actually home. This is false, as no attempts were made, unless they were at the wrong address. I provided clear instructions, my mobile number, and access codes, as I live in an apartment block.
the package was damaged meaning part of the purchased item was protruding from the packaging. An attempt has been made earlier to tape it back up but it had come back through.The parcel was put down with the damage facing away and was not brought to my attention.The damage is minor bit I should have been given the chance to check the parcel
