I completed my onboarding training after my interviews and its been 2 months have got only 4 to 6 clients pairing oppprtunities and i still have no job. They comitted 4 to 6 weeks timeline to get paired we are already in 8th week.
I saw a post for an e-commerce assistant. They state do you agree with the pay of 3$ per hour as we stated in the listing. Well guess what they didnt state anythings! Also they want you to write ESE few questions 500+ words. What a joke, maybe someone from India can sign up.
Poor service and responses. Each time I try to log in, I’m automatically redirected to the TalentPop assessment platform, and it still shows that my previous results are being revealed.Since the 90-day waiting period has already passed, I should be able to start a new application, but the system will not allow me to proceed.
Inaccurate Rejection ReasonI recently applied for a Customer Support Agent position at TalentPop and was very disappointed with how my application was handled. After completing the process, I received an email stating that I didn’t meet their internet speed requirements — which is completely untrue.My internet speed exceeds 50 Mbps for both upload and download, well above their 15 Mbps minimum. I even verified my speed before applying to make sure I met all technical requirements. It’s frustrating to be rejected for a reason that simply isn’t accurate, especially after taking the time to go through the application process carefully.I reached out to clarify and offer proof of my internet speed, but it’s disappointing that this kind of error occurred in the first place. A company that prides itself on remote work and customer experience should have a more reliable and transparent hiring review process.
TalentPop wasted my time. They promised 3–4 client pairing opportunities daily, but in 3 months I only received about 15–20 total. I completed their training and onboarding, and now they’re removing me from the candidate list. Zero transparency, slow process, and misleading expectations. Don’t rely on this platform for steady work.
This company keeps spamming me and bringing up 1 single poor Turstpilot review we have. They tell me to get back to the person and how we must need help since we can't respond to customers. I've asked them to stop emailing me and now they are emailing our support team as well.
