I'd ordered some limited edition trainers online and got an email from DHL confirming they had my parcel and would deliver it on 14/01 and that it needed a signature which was all perfectly fine. It also had a link where it offered the option to remove the need for a signature and/or amend the delivery date.I was working out of town on the 14th so I opted to defer the date of delivery until the 16th, as I knew I would be around to receive the delivery. After doing so I received an email confirming this change. What then happened was I was out today 13/01 with my dog and returned home to see my package left on the doorstep. All in all my package was fine, heck it was even delivered early which is hardly an inconvenience. What was off about it all is it wasn't delivered on the original estimate date, nor the date I requested and had confirmed. Lastly no signature was requested as originally mentioned.
Thank you for the gentleman who delivered my parcel today! You followed my instructions, respected my property and I cannot thank you enough! I hope the company will appreciate your hard work by raising your pay! Thank you again!
This was out for delivery on Mon, driver said that one one was home. Wrong someone was in.Today driver called me stating he was at gate but can't get in due to padlock. I asked him to go to front door, and then he just put it through letterbox.Three days prior I start getting umpteen emails about this package needs a signature. DHL tracking page not user friendly.
