After doing the PMI 23-hour course to qualify to do the CAPM exam, things did not become concrete until being introduced to Garbor's CAPM Study Group and attending the weekly FREE Zoom sessions. He really has gems to know about the PMI mindset and encourages using this as a focus to pass the exam. Additionally, doing 4 weeks of one-on-one sessions, complemented by the content I receive such as Mock exams really concreted the knowledge. Really happy I took this journey. Passed my CAPM exam ABOVE AVERAGE with no Project Management experience.
I had an excellent journey over 8 weeks of 1-2-1 coaching with Gabor Stramb. I went from basic knowledge to in-depth knowledge about how the CAPM knowledge areas and processes interact with each other from start to finish of a project. There is also some great study material provided to refer to. I learned a lot from how to tackle those difficult questions and move forward to be confident enough to pass the exam. I highly recommend the 1-2-1 coaching sessions. Thank you

Maybe Friday no or Saturday Monday no delivery, phone call to Ian (Dublin Office) no reply from Carlow (Tue 20 Dec). 3 email messages Your parcel from Online Seller could not be delivered. WHY? I was home, I checked my cameras nothing there, no cam alarm messages on my phone. Utterly disgusted with GLS.
How this "company " is still in business is just BAFFLING!!!!!! Waiting nearly 2 weeks for wedding stationary to be delivered with a Christmas theme!!! No good to be after Christmas! Even drove up to their depot in blarney- a 2 hour journey each way to collect. I rang beforehand and was told that they open until 6pm arrived at 5.35 pm and closed !!!! Was promised Out for delivery 2 days later, I never received. Numerous phone calls and emails, no satisfaction!!! Very Stressful experience and I've lost financially!!!!!

I am very disappointed with GLS service as they delivered my parcel which was a gift to the wrong person/address. I have tried contacting them various times and still no response.On Thursday 8th Dec I contacted GLS via telephone to log a complaint & to try find out where & to whom this parcel was delivered to. I was told that customer services would flag this up & would contact the driver. When I called GLS customers services yesterday Mon 12th December I was informed by another GLS customer service personnel that this had not been done. I would appreciate it if GLS could show some professionalism and competency in dealing with this complaint. If the parcel cannot be found & sent to the right address then I expect a full refund from GLS ASAP.
