Received delivery of a new Aygo X by Jemca Enfield rep Costin. He was fantastic, he explained all about the car internally and externally. Very pleasant man and knowledgable. Also Serena who arranged delivery was really lovely and polite.Would definitely recommend, amazing customer service!

Order was out for delivery on Wednesday but I was not home to collect. I was in touch with Ian who was able to put my parcel on a special with Pastor and was delivered before midday. Couldn’t recommend GLS highly enough, service went above and beyond!

AA Warranty not worth the paper it’s written on

We were unfortunate enough to get 3 months AA warranty with a car we recently purchased.NOT WORTH THE PAPER ITS WRITTEN ON.Car is in the drive & won’t start & all the AA can advise is take it to a AA Garage who doesn’t have any spaces to look at the car for at least week.What an absolute farce.

Poor administration and follow up services

I have phoned Jemca 4 times today to endeavour to book my car in for a service and to have some repair work done. I was informed in August this was not a problem, but it now appears this is a problem, people promise to phone back but do not, the phone goes dead within 5 minutes. What disappointing and poor service levels you have - suggest people buy a car elsewhere

Motoring Organisation (new name for AA) will not pay you a single penny

I was given one year warranty from The Motoring Organisation (previous name AA) by the dealer from whom I bought a three year old TESLA.I am taking time to write this so you have information before wasting money and time. The customer service was outright rude and behaved as if I am begging. Their first excuse not to pay was "they need to speak to Tesla engineer first, otherwise they will not pay". It was extremely difficult to get a Tesla engineer to talk to them, but I managed to organise that. After that TMO's second excuse not to pay was "Although you have paid £174 to Tesla, you still have the problem. We will not pay unless Tesla solves the problem". TMO did not understand that Tesla charges for every visit and do not give the car back unless paid upfront. On the next visit, TESLA repaired it complimentary, as they have already taken the payment. TMO's third and final excuse not to pay was "That £174 you paid actually did not solve your problem. So your claim is unsuccessful"This company is a scam. All the 5 stars are from the Car Dealers who can sell their second hand cars by adding Motor Organisation's free warranty to your car. But when actually your car breaks down, Motoring Organisaiton does not pay a single penny.

Printer fails and so does customer service.

HP printer once again refuses to connect with laptop. Looking for help on HP website first gets me on an endless do-loop of choosing passwords and usernames and verifying email address. Then I finally get a response that completely ignores the question that was asked. Stay away from HP if you are not a tech guy who can fix stuff yourself.
