Review Time
This policy is an absolute con! Buyers beware! I recently took out the policy and had a problem with my Mercedes’ . We informed the AA operative of where we had been advised to take the vehicle and proceeded to deal with the fault . The vehicle has taken to the garage and the problem diagnosed . The following day I was contacted by the AA to inform myself that they would not be paying the claim due to the vehicle being driven over 300 miles. I gave the AA the address of the garage prior to taking it and at no point we’re we advised that the vehicle could not travel such a distance .it was a sensor problem not mechanical so the journey did not make the fault any worse. Upon raising the complaint the AA denied having the conversation about where I would be taking the vehicle . Subsequently we have requested a subject access request as per all telephone conversations and shall be taking the matter up with the insurance ombudsman . No wonder this shabby corrupt organisation is rated 3.1 on trust pilot . Stay well away from this underhanded company
Shocking. Parcel shipped 3 weeks ago and still says "in-transit" on the website. I've finally resolved to the fact that one of their drivers stole my package. I've used that bloody web from about 6 times, no reply. Tried ringing, on hold for 2 hours and then abruptly hung up on.Edit: I don’t have a bloody case number! Nobody got back onto me, I can’t reply to your reply so I don’t even know if you’ll see this anyway, and you didn’t leave any external contact info! An office number might be nice.
