First time user

First time using a car warranty thought it would drag out when a claim is issued.It was so easy customer service was full of info.I am so impressed.

Could do better

After taking 25 minutes to get through to the claims department, thankfully they gave me a claim number. I found a local specialist for my car and booked it in for an investigation. They went back to the warranty company who approved the repair, however, I have been told that I must pay the £48 for the investigation! Not a good service from the warranty company at all. Thankfully the garage were spot on with the repair. In addition, I've now got to claim back the money for the repair from the warranty company. I would not recommend this warranty.
