I am member of the AA for a year with additional facilities and added parts and garage service as well and received a confirmation letter for that too but the aa staff didn't update my membership with parts and garage for a month, now all of sudden I had an issue with the fuel leak. I called the breakdown guy who was unable to fix it but he towed my car back to my home. I asked him why cant he take it to the aa authorised garage for the repairs, he said that is not showing in your membership package but advised me to call the aa office, I called the aa and they advised me that my membership is not updated for a year even I’ve changed my car last year, then I called membership team and number of people in the aa but they all denied and tried to avoid any help or update the system. Now this matter is going to the court soon to make a full claim of my car repair and compensation for this criminal negligency under the consumer act. The aa is not helping to the customers anymore but time wasting and the staff is avoiding to update a customers membership to save money. I’ve no trust on the aa anymore and I’ll advise to the public to go somewhere else for a cover but never take aa membership. Its such a poor careless time wasting company.
The warranty I purchased was covering replacement for shock absorbers.Upon replacement of the shock absorbers this company gave to me only one third of the cost of the repairs,I was expecting a full refund as per policy.This company discussed and agreed with the garage making the repair about the amount they would reimburse for the repair.I sent them an email asking why they take agreements with the garage rather than me because I am the policy holder.They never replied to my email.I did not renew the warranty after it expired.
Driver claimed I wasn't home when I hadn't left the house. Not first time with poor service from them, packages have been marked as out for delivery then arrive back at the depot again to arrive days later. I would urge any business sending stuff to use a different company.
