Absolute scum of a company. They are getting people to work for free under the pretence of employment. Their vans speeding on small country roads and are poorly serviced. Complain to your supplier if you have any moral compass at all. Use another courier service. They owe me for a days work which I know I won't see but I am reporting them for breeches of health and safety , basic employment law and GDPR.
Very disappointed in this delivery service my package was delivered when no one was home.. so it was left inside a car outside the house I wasn’t notified of this and the car was later driven away with my parcel.. when I called up to see where my package was the woman on the fone was not very helpful and kept telling me my package was delivered track and trace inaccurate also, disgrace and unprofessional service.
State that their 'Protect Plus' warranty covers the DPF, but when you dig down into the small print, you find that they don't cover it for carbon build up, the one thing it is most likely to fail from.Very misleading and unscrupulous advertising.
Had an issue with the vehicle which I had fixed at my go to garage, saw that the part was covered under the warranty so submitted a claim (with full evidence) which the warranty provider swiftly processed and paid out. First experience with the AA warranty and luckily a good one.
I recently ordered an item from Germany using mailboxde.com and chose GLS as the preferred courier. An estimated delivery time of 3-5 days was given. I used the Track and Trace service and on day 4 it seemed my parcel was still stuck in a warehouse in Czechia. I emailed GLS. Ian replied almost immediately saying the parcel was on the way and the system should update soon. I was surprised and delighted when my parcel arrived the next morning before I even had a chance to check. Seamless service, very good support. Will definitely be using GLS again.
I recently received excellent customer care from GLS Ireland. In particular Lavinia went above and beyond to help me with an issue that stemmed from the company I bought an item from and actually it had nothing to do with GLS. Nonetheless Lavinia went out of her way to help me, for which I was very grateful. I highly recommend GLS, such a excellent and helpful company with superb employees and customer care.
I would like it to be known by delivery team leaders/ management that a delivery driver went above and beyond to deliver an important package to me today. Unfortunately I was not home and neither were any neighbours at the time. I live on a busy main road and it would not have been safe to leave such a large package on my doorstep. He proceeded to battle his way through an alleyway by my neighbour’s residence that is (I thought) impassable due to about 20 meters of junk, bikes, old washing machines etc to reach a point that he could lower my package into my back garden.Honestly, I was so impressed with his determination to get the package to my address and would not have faulted him at all if he had decided to just put it back in the van and try another day. I’m terribly sorry to the driver whose name I don’t have that he had to climb through the mess around my neighbours house, and I’m very grateful for his persistence. I sincerely hope he wasn’t injured by any of the broken metal I know is in that alleyway. If you can express my thanks to him I would be very grateful.
I was away on holidays and missed the two attempts at delivery. When I contacted Gls I was told I had to go to the depot to collect the package. I don't drive, so the trek to D15 would have taken me hours by public transport. I explained that to the customer service guy, and he arranged another delivery, which I really appreciated. In the future, it would be great if there was a text/email/phone call so I could just tell them to drop it into the neighbours
