I bought a aa warranty policyIn 2019 march and today i rang up aa to make a claimThey told me they dont have any record of this policy even though i have paperwork with thier name and policy numberThey told me to call motorway directAnd when i rang themThe customer advisor stated that there is no record of my policy on thier database

Absolutely shocking to say the least!I have breakdown cover £135 inc garage and parts + AA warranty £334 and they keep avoiding payout or responsibility. If you don't want to provide a service then don't. However, offering the service then giving people headache is not great service. I have already put in a complaint as they have on numerous occasions questioned my integrity and made me feel like a right criminal. I'm using quite big words to describe my feelings because I'm a very transparent and genuine individual. I will consider changing the score if someone from AA decides to take accountability and resolve the situation. Thanks in advance AA thank you very much.
We love our new Sliderobes Ireland wardrobe. The service from beginning to end was excellent. Due to covid & lockdowns we had our initial design consultation via zoom. The designer made the process so straight forward and he really listened to our requirements and he came up with great suggestions for us also. He posted out samples of the colour's we had chosen, he responded promptly to all my emails asking more and more questions and it was the designer himself who came out to double check our measurements before fitting. Having this one contact was great and he was so helpful, friendly & a great designer. We were able to customise the wardrobe to suit us which is great, my husband is 6 ft 5 so we got hanging rails positioned higher for him and the lower ones for me !! Then on the day of fitting, the fitter arrived on time, he was very friendly, polite and spent the whole day working away. At the end of the day we had amazing wardrobes and the place was so clean, the fitter was the tidiest worker I've ever come across. Sliderobes Ireland are such a professional company, from the designer, the fitter, the accounts person and the person who answers the phone and arranges it all in the background. All top notch. I would highly recommend this company, extremely good quality wardrobes built & designed by an extremely efficient company. My parents now want to get one fitted !!
Bolt has been a great tool for starting my agency, very easy to set up and start quoting. Response times have been good and Samantha has been wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I'd recommend bolt to other agents.
Absolutely worst company to deal with. Lost my package for the 2nd time.First package was lost and had to go through claims process that can take up to 12 weeks !!!!!After refunding customer full amount, the package arrived after 2 week at his house.This time package is lost again with no one getting back to me after 4days of constant calls to company, when they picked up i was advised not to say anything to my customer where the package is gone to.Have to go through claims process again which means i have to refund my customer and wait 12 weeks for my refund......worst company to deal with.....avoid avoid avoid
