Expect foot dragging, evasiveness, incomplete answers, and a complex approach asking for line by line detail of work and parts from a garage in order to have the MINIMUM covered and in no way aligning to the promises online of “ Almost all original mechanical and electrical components ; working materials; diagnosis” these are NOT covered. You’ll get delays, and then the absolute minimum “listed parts” covered along with a hefty bill for all those working materials (told that pipes, bolts etc essential to the repair are not covered) and nothing for the labour. So this is *just a minimum of listed parts cover* but not called that.If you are given one of these with a second hand vehicle either refuse it or get, in writing, cover for labour, diagnosis, parts etc. as this “warranty” will cover the minimum and add delays and time to any work.Expect having to repeatedly call and hold for half an hour or more, don’t expect any of the marketing about “complete peace of mind” to come true.I literally had to create a conference call by holding two phones on speaker, twice, to try and get this expedited while the person dealing with it was always away or had left early. If sold this as a guarantee on a vehicle or conversion ask for a different, preferably manufacturers, warranty instead. If considering these for your customers and you want happy customers look elsewhere - eg motoreasy and warrantywise cover labour as well.
Absolutely awful service, my partner has had a claim ongoing for 5 months now and still no money back after having work done on his car, after dozens of phonecalls and e-mails and promises to get get back in contact still nothing, the garage that done the work has also e-mailed, and it is almost impossible to get through after being on hold and told your second in the que to then be cut off is very frustrating. I would not reccomend them to anyone, and looks like i will have to take the matter further.
The only issue I can complain about is the ability to get through to speak to an adviser, My garage had great difficulty, in the end I had to pay the garage the full outstanding cost of repair, and they emailed warranty company to contact me for bank details so as they could refund me, this took a couple of days, but once I got in contact they settled up, 50% of the repair, rear shocks' they would only pay for the one that had gone, NOT the pair, as we all know shockers have to be replaced in pairs!
Found them online and requested a quotation for two wardrobe sliding doors. The initial online quote was €1500 for both of them, so I agreed to call them for measurements and details. Their technician arrived took the measures and after we changed some details (which was more expensive), we decided to order an office desk which agreed at €600 (which is premium price). So far everything was nice and smooth... when received the final quotation, I was shocked : €5800 excluding the office desk. Obviously I declined the quote and I paid the deposit for the desk. After more than a month(!!!) I got the desk, which was ok, but the top of it was made by two pieces connected by screws underneath, detail which the technician didn't tell me when he designed the desk . I contacted in this order : the office, technician and his manager, all of them being very stiff, not admitting their fault (by not telling me from first as the top will be made by two pieces), but keep reminding me that: this is the way we're doing this thing. Why should I bother to order a custom made desk than??? The customer service skills of all of them were outrageous, I felt like I'm not the customer but I was forced to pay for something I didn't want it that way.I would not recommend them at all and I wouldn't gave them not even a star, but this is the minimum.PS I got the second quote for the same wardrobe sliding doors for €2600
