I’m absolutely disgusted with this…

I’m absolutely disgusted with this company. My parcel was meant to arrive last Saturday. It was only out for delivery three days ago, and every single day they couldn’t deliver due to “traffic problems”. I’m without wifi now due to this terribly company, but what if I had medication I was sending via GLS and needed them to live? I’m honestly so appalled by the customer service here.

Customer Service is non existent in this company - tract and trace service never updated -telephone service not working - no replies to email enquirers - left waiting at home every day in case delivery arrives - Kilkenny Shop you need to do something about the company you use for deliveries

GLS has my parcel since 27th November

UPDATESo 7 days after it was 1st out for delivery I get update to say it was delivered when it wasn't! Drove to local depot and when they checked apparently it was "delivered" 7 days ago but no signature! Apparently they are looking into it but not expecting much from them at this stage... please do yourselves a favour and AVOID, will save money and stress.GLS has my parcel since 27th November. Apparently in Ireland for the past week and out for delivery the last 3 days. Still no sign of it and I'm working from home so didn't miss them.Tried calling-after couple of mins wait automated msg said they can't take a call now and to leave a voice mail and they'll will call me back withing 2 hours. Could not leave a VM, inbox was full. Tried sending an email to the email address they provided, but it is impossible to send it because of their settings! I do think this is the worst courier ever. I just want to know where my parcel is and when I will get it!

The worst company in the world.My parcel arrive in Ireland 7 days ago.I didnt get any news since3th December. Why?No update in the gls system.I order around 3 parcels every month. Every second parcel is kept in the company for week .Why?I'm waiting for my 2 parcel and that's it. Never ever Gls.I can pay more for delivery but I need company who treat customers properly.

When a barbarian becomes a courier

I got a damaged parcel yesterday. Ok, that's fine, it happens sometimes. It was a book so content should be fine. To my surprise when I opened the parcel, well that they tried to hide it, that I found it had been damaged with a sharp cutter well into the content, damaging the very expensive book inside. Sellers, if you are using GLS for deliveries, forget about me in the future.Note: This complaint is not in particular for GLS Ireland but GLS as organization. The parcel was an international delivery passing by Spain and UK, with destination to Ireland.

Restock is mandatory, despite website saying "may" be charged

I am a long time HP customer, having purchased both desktop and laptop computers. I ordered two items from the HP online store, a 65 watt travel charger and a USB C charging adaptor. I tried to cancel the USB C charger within hours of ordering, but they said they could not cancel the order. When the 65 watt travel charger (for HP Laptops) arrived, I discovered it would not charge the laptop while it is on, something not mentioned on their specifications page. So I returned the USB C adaptor UNOPENED, and the 65 Watt travel charger with new condition parts and box (even the protective plastic was still on the items). HP charged me a restock fee of 15% even though one item had not been opened at all (not even the shipping packaging). Their website says a restock fee "may" be charged, and I would think that is in cases where the item cannot be sold as new, but certainly not in cases where the package has not even been opened! So I wrote them four times about this, specifically objecting to the restock fee. I got one reply that said "Yes, we received your items back and yes, a restock fee was applied". I wrote again, and the second reply was "our restock fee is clearly mentioned in the website". Then a third person responded saying they cannot resell anything they send out, even if it is unopened. I find this unbelievable. Do they simply put everything that is returned into the trash? I would give them 1 star for customer handling of my complaint, but also 1 star for having a mandatory restock fee but pretending it is only something that "may" occur. Had I known it was mandatory, would not have purchased. Thank goodness these were relatively inexpensive items!

Insane and complete scam

I ordered a laptop at $757.02 on Black Friday and Cyberweek Offer as Holiday Gift. I received an email about my order details and later the amount is charged from my card.After two days, I got order cancellation email but it did not mention any reason of cancellation.After half an hour dailing, I got connected with customer service, they explained the  cancellation reason as "pricing error" in website, should be higher than listed price.Totally unreasonable, untrust worthy cancellation reason they provided. That means They are not selling at the price listed in web site.I asked to sales representable to escalate my call to supervisor, she transfered the call where no one picked up the call for half an hour. Completely scam, bait and frustating experience with HP store.Because of this, I lost opportunity of purchasing laptop during holiday offers window.I would suggest not to buy from HP online store, anything can happen against your order.

Total scam

I purchased a laptop and the price showed 369$ till I payed the amount; then I got an email with the invoice 535$ !!!!No option on the website to cancel, zero customer service! chat doesn't work, customer service don't answer the phone.
