Stay away from HP Store

On 11-28, I purchased an HP Spectre x360 on Black Friday for my daughters Xmas present. Delivery date 12-22. I just received notification the delivery date has been move to next year, January 4, 2021. I called to cancel my order to buy a Lenovo or Dell. HP wants to charge me a $200 15% restocking fee for something that was never delivered. Now my daughter Xmas present will be late and I'm stuck with the Spectre. I would of never ordered the laptop had I known this piece of junk was made and shipped from China.Last month I also experienced poor customer service when I purchased a HP Z27n refurb monitor from Ronnie Carrell at HP refurb. They sent me a cheap 24in. $99 monitor instead of the HP Z27n 2K monitor. When I called Ronnie at HP, he acted as if I trying to scam them out of a monitor. He made me send multiple photos of the cheap 24in $99 monitor to prove HP sent me the wrong monitor. He then stop answering his phone and email messages. I experienced very poor customer service, I never received an invoice and it took forever to get my refund. Also, be wary of ordering from the HP Store by phone. My sales rep used the bait and switch method. He tried to sale a an HP Envy for the price of a Spectre. Very shady business practice to say the least. Also, If you log on to your account and try to chat with HP, the link doesn't work. If I log out of my account, the chat link works. So it appears they have code to determine if you are a customer with a complaint or a new sales order. That's some serious shady business practice. Stay far away from HP Store. This place is like a used car dealership. They offer nothing but lies and deceit. They deleted every bad review I tried posting on the site.

Merry Christmas ya filthy animal.

It's Christmas Eve and still waiting on an order that was dispatched on December 2nd. Based on the terrible reviews here I doubt I'll ever get my package. I'll never buy from a company that uses GLS as their delivery partner. Merry Christmas ya filthy animal.

Unprofessional & slow, slow slow.

Absolutely the worst courier company in Ireland from so called customer service, an outdated tracking service to the slowest delivery time out of ALL courier company’s in Ireland. I will never purchase another item from a company that use GLS as their courier service.

AVOID using GLS I went through parcel…

AVOID using GLS I went through parcel direct to arrange for a parcel to be picked up on the 14th Dec to go to the West after numerous calls and messages to both of them it was eventually picked up on Friday the 18th. When the driver turned up he was very rude. Parcel has now gone missing and my sister won't get her Christmas presents from her family. It's an absolute disgrace how they can treat people like this when they are paid for a service and especially these time we are in when loved ones can't come home

Really bad service

Really bad service. The track and trace has no information. Just tells you it’s on Ute way to your final parcel centre. Ordered a product on the 08th from Denmark. Said on its way to final parcel centre. Took 8 days for the track and trace to tell me it left a UK parcel centre and on the way to the final parcel centre. No update since the 17th. Someone must be walking from Denmark with the item.

Devastated

DevastatedLike most people reviewing GLS these past few days, if I could give them 0 stars I would. I'm devastated not to have received my package yet, a package that was being sent from Dublin 18 to Dublin 14 has some how found itself "in transit" to a parcel hub for 5 days... Their website gives absolutely no indication as to what happens when a parcel is delayed, they have absolutely no information regarding delivery hours. If you ever manage to get through on the "service" line you receive answers that are equally as vague as the website "you might get it you might not who can say?". I've ordered plenty of packages within the last week some coming from EU some from UK and all have arrived in as little as 2 days.. but the one coming from 20mins away (had I been able to go and get it myself I would have) is still lost in transit.. Horrible horrible service.
