Review Time
I’ve got some nice employees that have given me some updates about a claim I’ve been waiting on but the only time I get updates is when I seam to ring and ask yous don’t have a great respond time as in yous leading down one hole to answers I don’t even need I’m asking about something and getting answers about other things your timing to arrange my car to be assessed has been terrible I’ve asked so many time on updates and I’m only getting when I asked think yous could have a better response to this
I recently passed my full driving licence and received an €80 discount on my premium, which I find quite low. As I am 44 years old, and given that age is an important factor in assessing risk, I was expecting a more meaningful reduction.With my previous insurer, I was satisfied with both the level of service and the value offered, which makes this outcome somewhat disappointing.I would appreciate it if you could review my policy again and confirm whether any further discounts or adjustments can be applied. Company has got too big. It was a small friendly helpful broker when we started doing business six or seven years ago.Insured three family members cars with them for years. But they have turned into a different company with poor customer service. Twenty minutes listening to a machine before being answered and renewal quotes have gone through the roof. Time to move on.
