Ordered my part and paid for part and…

Ordered my part and paid for part and shipping. Received confirmation email. Two days later I get an email that the price was wrong and I need to pay more money. That’s not my fault your price was wrong. I want the part for what your website had listed and sold me the part for. Shady business for sure.

Recently purchased a fuse box for my GM…

Recently purchased a fuse box for my GM truck. Arrived in 4 days which was nice. Opened the box and noticed a fuse was missing on a slot and tried to put a fuse in it but it would not accept it so I Immediately knew wrong part. This was immediately after opening box and looking at part. I then contacted GMPartsGiant and requested a refund so to it being the wrong part. Yes, I verified correct part with my vin however in some cases the fuse boxes are specific depending on my vehicles accessories. They asked that I send some pictures of both the item and the box via to them and they would then send me an RMA #. Several days later I heard nothing. I called and spoke to someone who said he was looking at pictures right then that I had sent and he would e mail with RMA #. Nothing! Called again the next day. Got a different person who said my case was being reviewed by the person I previously spoke with and that she could not give me an RMA and would e mail me as well. Checked e mail shortly later and saw my RMA denial based on the fact that they do not accept returns on electrical items as stated in their return policy. Nice! All that run around for nearly 5 days for that response. I would suggest that if your in the market for anything electrical related to a part to not purchase it from GMPartsGiant. Research other distributors and find a more customer friendly site to do business with. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I will never use their site again! Too many others with similar prices.

Shipping & Return NIGHTMARE!

I ordered 2 of the same part #. I received 1 correct part and 1 incorrect part. Their fault! I requested an RMA. Their RMA rules require sending photos of what you received, which I did. Clearly showing the 2 different part #’s I received. The person that issued the RMA put in the wrong information and it said I was returning both as “not needed” and therefore I have to pay for return shipping. So I called the RMA dept again, and they tried to say that they shipped me the correct parts! I told him to please review the photos. He did. He said he would issue a new RMA after reviewing the case. I said, “What’s there to review?!” He said he would email me back at the end of the day and hung up on me! RUDE! So I contacted Customer Service to complain. I reached a manager who told me they would investigate to see if there was a mispack and get back to me. I ALREADY KNOW THERE WAS A MISPACK!!! I sent you the photos to prove it. All I want is the RMA to return the incorrect part (with free shipping since it was their fault - per their RMA rules) but it seems they just can’t do what is right by the customer in a timely manner. They have to waste more of your time by investigating what is already obvious instead of handling the customer’s simple request properly the first time! This company clearly doesn’t care about customers or the hassle THEY created by sending out the wrong parts! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! Buyer beware. UPDATE: (11/5/25) I was told it would take 24-48 hours for the “mispack investigation” but it’s now been more than 48 hours and I called again to ask for an update but I was told I will have to wait “indefinitely” until their investigation is done. Meanwhile, I can’t fix my car because I have to wait for these morons to investigate what is already proven. The phone people read a script to you and won’t help you. They just repeat the script over and over again. It’s so ridiculous! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!! UPDATE: (11/7/25) I haven’t heard a peep from these idiots! I guess they are still “investigating their mispack”. It’s funny. I’ve given them all the info they need but they won’t do what’s right. Good thing I’m no longer waiting on them to repair my car! **** this company! **** their RMA process. **** their “customer service”! I can only hope my review costs them at least one customer from ordering from them! Hopefully more. **** GMPartsGiant! Terrible.
