I would give no star . They are terrible . They knowingly sold me a unit that was defective ( as evidenced by one of their terrible instructions that are near nonexistent) . The instructions say “if the control buttons dont work or light up then you may need to download a certain file, if they still won’t function contact them to get a new unit.”
Well if that’s not telling you that you’ll have a piece of junk , nothing is ! I contacted them on eBay and they led me on for weeks and used excuses that the new unit wasn’t delivered . When I finally had enough bull%#*% from them and opened a return , EBay denied the return .
These people make a living from being shady and they certainly know how to work EBay and get away with selling junk . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. BTW they say they are AMERICAN but really everything is in Chinese!

I had a good experience with regards to customer service. I made a purchase for a high end headunit but unfortunately learned after a week that it was out of stock. After great communication my money was refunded very quickly. I will try to buy again but I wasn't given a timeframe of when products would be back in stock. I will contact Junsun to see when it does and leave a 5 star review.

SHADY!

SHADY!! … These people do a lot of sales on eBay and they work over the customers by knowingly selling defective units then promising a replacement, only they promise for weeks until eBay does NOT honor the return policy . If you want a defective unit go with these guys . If you want excuses and lies GO WITH THESE GUYS. First lie was where they are from . They claim America ( I couldn’t tell you exactly where they are from because I don’t read Chinese) STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!

This is disgraceful beyond words—truly unbelievable. I placed an order over a month ago and was told that the package had been delivered, when in fact it had not. I was at home at the time.The parcel was then sent back to its place of origin in Germany. After that, I received an apology and was told it would be resent to a pickup location of my choosing. Since then, I have heard absolutely nothing.I would like to acknowledge BOL.COM who did everything they could to contact the delivery company, but even they were left without any answers I my opinion this is tantamount how a disreputable Organization behaves This entire experience has been absolutely shameful. Never again.

I ordered an Android head unit before and it took about 16 days to arrive. This time I bought a digital instrument cluster from ikagoo.com and it arrived in just 6 days, right to my doorstep. The packaging was secure and everything looked new and well protected. Overall, the shipping speed and the buying experience were better than I expected, and I would order from ikagoo again.

Don't waste your time

If it's from junsun, don't buy it. I'm a mechanic and know how to install a unit. But new cars have canbuss. So you need a box, witch comes with unit. But it's not specifically the same. So when you have problems, they will give you the run around . I'll send new one it will take 8 days, you didn't receive it I'll send you another. Ect. Then the window to send back closes. Then junsun just ignores you. Good luck with warranty. There's no place to apply, there web site is a joke, unless you want to buy. They should not be able to sell in us . Please buy something else.

I bought this multimedia unit which…

I bought this multimedia unit which never worked properly and I have spent hours and hours to make it work (a normal company would have offered a free return shipping or a immediate replacement) and now I have also paid the return shipping to have it repaired and now the unit is missing. Is this the way of Chinese company/people treat a friendly customer? For example, the rear view camera only works when the engine is not running. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!🤮This was just a waste of time and money. 😡

I bought the A103 4g adas mirror

I bought the A103 4g adas mirror And since the last 2 weeks, I have noticed the junk not booting up Android systems And I also notice it has only 1 button underneath and there's no more power option on the screen. I tried resetting it by pressing the reset button at the back but it is only a soft reset so I press the button underneath + reset + insert of power cable and it boots into boot mode language is only in Chinese and the touch doesn't work either. Im very disapointed europe gorvement keep on warning its citizen to stop buying chines product made specific for chines market and we wouldnt listern this is a completly junk . I regret buying this nonsense cheap and unprofessional manufacturer
