Review Time
I ordered over $1,450.50 including shipping and handling on 11/14/2025 from MBpartsgiant.com. It took almost a month to receive my order. When the order arrived on Monday 12/08/2025 the end of the bumper cover packing was torn away. When I arrived home that evening I went through the package and compared it to what I ordered there were a few items missing. I immediately contacted customer service the following day to let them know all parts didn’t arrive. They opened an RMA and requested I provide them with any documentation that I have and photos of the packaging and all parts I received. It took several days calling customer support to find out if they have received my email. They told me over the phone that they had received my email and were processing the RMA. I contacted them weekly for over 2 months with no answer on resolving the RMA. Finally on Feb 05, 2026, they sent an email stating that “Our dealer confirmed everything shipped and the delivery receipt shows everything was signed and accounted for with no issues. There is nothing we can do moving forward. This RMA will be denied. Thank you.” This is a bold outright lie, when I was contacting them weekly, they never informed me everything was accounted for by my wife and the delivery driver. How could it have been with no packing list. I tried reaching out to them to ask if they had any intention of making this right with it being over $170.00 worth of merchandise that was missing. The rude agent on the phone said the matter is closed and there’s nothing that they can do. So, my bumper cover has been completely painted for over a month and a half now waiting to be installed. I’m very disappointed with their customer support in this matter and the lack of response I received. I find this most outrageous and very unprofessional, I would not recommend anyone do business with this company. I would call this thief and lie on their end.

Terrible. I ordered a FICM Harness using there parts identifier because i didn't have my vin available at the time. My truck is a 2005 and I entered 2005 in the Vehicle identifier, they sent me a Harness for a 2003-2004 and they will not refund or replace the harness so now i am out $407.00. Also the harness I received was in a Motorcraft box that had been retaped and the harness itself does not have any motorcraft tags or markings on it.
Deceptive pricing! I placed an order a week ago for parts that were supposedly in stock. they clamed they would arrive in 4-6 days. It's been a week and not only did I not receive the parts I bought and paid for, but they now want more money before they will ship them. This is deceptive and should be illegal. They claim it is "just our policy" and it is indeed buried in the fine print of their terms and conditions. It is not apparent before you check out. I feel like they are holding my parts for ransom. very rude customer service. I recommend you stay away from anyone affiliated with this company such as kia/hyundai parts now and others. If Auto Parts Prime is the parent company, you're going to get scammed. Their pricing is only best guess and you will pay for them being bad at their jobs.
I mean, this is just amazing, I have never seen a business with 100% 1-star review. These folks have been scamming customers in the parts industry for years and they're getting away with it. They charged me for a part, set a wrong defective part instead and refused to take it back.
TERRIBLE Hondapartsnow.com Ordered a Front Bumper part for my Honda Ridgeline. The schematic image didn't match the side I needed. They assured me I can get a refund with a waiver of a restock fee if I order the proper part, issue proper images, in the appropriate time. Long story short, they did NOT waive my restock fee. Many phone calls with claims that it was on record; and then nothing. DO NOT TRUST these guys.....RMA dept. lady proclaimed 'go ahead' when I told them I was going to publicize this .....
Very deceptive business practices. Bordering on fraudulent.I ordered a part and paid the total amount in full. Three days later, Autopartsprime.com sent me an email demanding an additional $66 before they would ship the part. They stated it was a "price increase". Sounds like the old bait and switch.Stay away from these guys, they're dishonest.
Ordered a couple of things from them and ended up not needing one of them. Despite it falling within the posted rules on what was returnable they denied an RMA and said it was because the part was electrical. No electric in a plastic door handle. Complete run around and no support. They do not stand by the rules they post and offer zero support. Just no. Buyer beware!!
