At first, I was uncertain because I've never purchased jewelry online..however, once I've place the order and when received, it was exactly as advertised. The company offers a wide range of options at reasonable prices. The charm I bought was of excellent quality, made of sterling silver. It was a Christmas present for my niece, and she loved it! I placed an order as a guest and have not received any confirmation email or shipping details. The only emails I've received are acknowledgments of my purchase and numerous promotional messages. I've attempted to reach out via email several times but have yet to receive a response. It's been three weeks, and I'm quite frustrated, unsure if my order will ever arrive.
